Workout guide

Steps

1. Stand in NaliniKIDS posture
2. Keep your feet hips width apart and parallel
3. Raise your arms out across from your shoulders in a T-shape, palms down
4. Raise your heels up and balance on the balls of your feet
5. Drop your heels back down to the floor
6. Continue to raise your heels up and down, standing tall

Sequence

– 20 single count (feet parallel)
– 20 single count (feet turned out/v-position)
– 20 single count (feet turned in/pigeon-toed)

Modification

If you have back discomfort or pain:
– Do not raise your arms (keep them at your sides)
